relevance feedback

relevance feedback adalah mengambil hasil dari pencarian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan suatu query dan menggunakan informasi tersebut untuk menentukan apakah hasil pencarian tersebut relevan untuk melakukan pencarian dengan query yang baru.

Ada 3 macam jenis relevance feedback

1. explicit feedback : explicit feedback didapatkan dari user yang menentukan relevansi dokumen yang di ambil oleh query. Tipe feedback jenis ini di defenisikan eksplisit karena hanya user yang menentukan feedback yang disediakan itu sebagai dokumen yang relevan. User bisa mengindikasikan relevansi secara eksplisit menggunakan binary atau graded relevance system. Binary relevance feedback menentukan suatu dokumen relevan atau tidak relevan untuk suatu query. Graded relevance feedback mengindikasikan relevansi sebuah dokumen terhadap query menggunakan skala penomoran, huruf atau deskripsi. (seperti “not relevan”.”somewhat relevan”,”relevan”,atau ”very relevant”)

2. Implicit feedback disimpulkan dari sifat user, seperti menentukan dokumen mana yang mereka pilih dan tidak pilih untuk browsing dan durasi lamanya mereka membaca dokumen tersebut. Hal yang membedakan implicit feedback dari eksplisit feedback adalah user tidak menentukan relevansi dokumen untuk keuntungan sistem IR melainkan hanya ingin melakukan untuk kebutuhan mereka dan user tidak diberitahu kalau dokumen yang mereka pilih akan digunakan sebagai relevan feedback

3. Blind or “pseudo” relevance feedback didapatkan dari meng-asumsikan bahwa jumlah k dokumen teratas yang berisi n hasil (yang biasanya k << n) adalah relevant. Blind feedback melakukan automasi dari relevance feedback dan mempunyai keuntungan untuk tidak membutuhkan user yang harus menentukan dokumennya relevan atau tidak karena sudah di automasi.

I always like to read book, especially a novel. here I will list some of the novel that I have read.

10. Stephen King – Rose Madder

11. Stephen King – Cell

of all the author of these novel, my favourite author is Stephen King and Sandra Brown, where as Sidney Sheldon is a bit boring in terms of it story. Although I read a lot of his novel. For me Stephen King is the best, the story line is genious and he can describe the situation in the story really well and I kinda like it. Also Sandra Brown really great at narrating the story. But my best author is Stephen King, he is also a film director and to be honest watching his film really is creepy sometime and intense. Well, if there are any good novel out there that I haven’t read, just let me know then.

signs of lie

sometime when we interact with our friend we must be able to distinguish whether our friend is telling the truth or not.

I want to talk about lies, if you are in a relationship you have to know when your partner are telling lies or truth. The following is a technique to know if someone is lying to you.

body language of lies
1. Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements.  Hand, arm and leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space

2. a person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact

3. hands touching their face, throat and mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind the ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand

emotional gestures and contradiction
1. timing and duration of emotional gestures and emotions are off normal pace. The display of emotion is delayed, stays longer it would naturally then stops suddenly

2. timing is off between emotions gestures/expressions and words. Example: someone says “I love it!” when receiving a gift, and then smile after making that statement, rather then at the same time the statement is made

3.gestures/expressions don’t match the verbal statement, such as frowning when saying “I love you”

4. expressions are limited to mouth movements when someone is faking emotions (like happy, suprised, sad, awe) instead of the whole face. For example; when someone smiles naturally their whole  face is involved: jaw/cheek movement, eyes and forehead push down

interactions and reactions
1. a guilty person gets defensive. an innocent person will often go on the offensive

2. a liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away

3. a liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc) between themselves and you

verbal context and content
1. a liar will use your words to make answer a question. When asked “did you eat the last cookie?” the liar answer “no I did not eat the last cookie”

2. a statement with a contraction is more likely to be truthful: “I didn’t do it” instead of “I did not do it”

3. liar sometimes avoid lying by not making direct statements. They imply answers instead of denying something directly

4. the guilty person may speak more than natural, adding unnecessary details to convince you. they are not comfortable with silence or pauses in the conversation

5. a liar may leave out pronouns and speak in a monotonous tone. when a truthful statement is made the pronoun is emphasized as much or more than the rest of the words in a statement

6. words may be garbled and spoken softly, and syntax and grammar may be off. In other words, his sentence will likely be muddled rather than emphasized

other signs of lie
1. if you believe someone is lying, then change subject of a conversation quickly, a liar follows along willingly and becomes more relaxed. the guilty wants the subject change; an innocent person may be confused by the sudden change in topics and will want to back to the previous subject.
2. using humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject

actually i get this tips somewhere on the web, but I forgot to bookmark the page so I can’t give you the link. Nevertheless this signs of lie might help you in interacting with your friend or someone special in your life.  Maybe knowing the truth will hurt sometimes especially if it’s from someone that you love, but it’s better that way. Trust me, I ‘ve been there.

the kindness that I saw myself

what is kindness? kindness is the act of giving freely to other people without expecting anything in return. And to my surprise I saw this act with my own eyes. It was heart-warming to see three young girls giving some food to the street kids in one of simpang Dago red light. Luckily I am able to take the picture and you can see it below.

what most important is that we must care about the situation of other people. Because basically we human are a socialize creature and we must be aware of our surrounding. The acts of these three girls should be spread and get appreciated.

6 Things that I like

I will try to list a few things that I find really interesting for me. The things that made my life worth every single moment.

1. gym
going to the gym really made my day. I am learning how to control my power in using all the heavy stuff. I learned how to run in threadmill and doing push-up, pull up, and back up. All the things that I do there really shape my body. I think if you’re really stress out then you should go to the gym and have fun there. Also you can meet a lot of new people and get acquainted to many sexy girl doing workout there.

2. internet cafe
actually I have my own internet connection at home, I use im2 internet using ZTE modem. A handy modem I think and I was able to keep updated myself to the internet, but sometime it’s just really not that great browsing internet alone. I know some of you guys prefer to be alone when viewing all those porn stuff. But let’s face it, we are human and we need to be socialize. And to achieve this we must go to the crowded place so we can met many new person there. This can be done if we use to go to internet cafe instead of being online at home. I sometime try to go to a new internet cafe and I met a lot of pretty girl there (I also not forget to ask for their facebook account so I can add it). I like internet cafe that has a clean toilet, stable computer that dosen’t get hang easily, a spacious space, a good keyboard that is comfortable to type and also a large mouse so it will be easy to navigate. And this internet cafe does exist and I love being there. I am talking about Kubus internet cafe located near BIP mall in bandung. I really love being there. Definitely my recommendations if you want to go to a good internet cafe

3. my campus
this is the place that I love, I study here. A lot has happened in my campus. I spent 5 years of my life in this place so it has affected me personally. There are also many bad things happened but sometime good things too. I guess we must judged a place by how much its affected us.

4. Spongebob Squarepants.
this is the cartoon that I love so much. I will list a few of the character of this cartoon here then.
1. Spongebob Squarepants

4. Sandy Cheeks

Other than this I have no idea who the name of the rest of the character in spongebob squarepants are
this cartoon always made me laugh so hard and I am loving it.

5. woman
this is the one creature that I love. I love seeing beautiful woman, a sexy woman is a plus.
the older I am the more I realize my hormon sometime always take full control of me. If you want to learn more about woman then you can visit this site (beware this is a porn site).

6. Beer
the last things that I like in this world is beer. There is nothing better than to drink a nice beer. I prefer Heineken or Guinnes or other drink that has alcohol in it. Drinking beer always soothes me, I feel comfortable and relax. Hmm…talking about beer reminds that I should go to circle K and get some beer there.hehehe….

fitness dan kelebihannya

aq sering melakukan fitness, biasanya seh aq lakukan hal ini 2 kali seminggu. ya lumayan cukuplah untuk menyegarkan badan. pertama kali aq fitness tuh terasa banget kalau badanku capek, sering pegel dan ya butuh beberapa hari utk kembali normal. tapi ternyata semenjak aq fitness, jerawat2 yang sering muncul di wajahku udah mulai hilang dan ini adalah hal yang sangat bagus. wajahku jadi kelihatan lebih bersih. dan hal ini yang membuatku semakin senang dengan olahraga. karna memang sangat berguna bagi kesehatan.

latihan fitness yang paling berat itu adalah latihan kaki,
fyuhhh…ini adalah yg paling berat.kedua kakiku benar2 sakit sampai aq udah ga bisa naik tangga lagi. Bisa di bayangkan kan gimana sakitnya kaki kamu sampai ga bisa naik tangga? benar2 sakit di setiap pijakan. tapi entah napa, karna aq membiasakan diriku utk latihan kaki maka kaki aq udah mulai terbiasa skrg dan ga sakit lagi kalau aq melakukan latihan kaki. Dan ya terasa ajah kalau kakiku skrg udah mulai kuat gt dan juga dah mulai berotot. hehehe…. aq dulu pernah membaca katanya kalau kaki kita kuat itu berarti maka badan kita sangat sehat. karna utk badan sehat maka kaki itu adalah bagian yg paling penting. aq jg udah sering melatih bahu, tangan, punggung. jadi ya aq sangat berharap badan aq ntar bisa terbentuk dan lebih berotot gt biar para cewek2 jadi senang melihatku.hahaha…..

ok cukup utk hari ini postingan blog aq, ntar kalau ada waktu aq tulis lg ya.sebenarnya seh aq ingin make english nulis blog ini. tapi ya karna ini adalah berisi tentang perasaanku maka make bahasa indonesia sudah cukup kok.
